Creative Designer
10 000 - 12 000 PLN + VAT
CSHARK is a digital consultancy that focuses on innovative products and made-to-measure solutions. We help enterprises with digital transformation and start-ups with translating ideas into products. We like to do things holistically — it's all about finding a balance between business advisory, product design, and software development. We're industry-agnostic, so don't be surprised if one day you end up learning about an area you've never even known existed.
Team & Culture
We've been a remote-friendly company from day one, although we cherish the times when we get to meet up in the office and give some high-fives.
What keeps us going is:
- Honesty over impressions | Walk the talk – actions are more important than words
- Support over blame | We look for solutions, not for the scapegoat
- People over processes | Processes serve people, not the other way around
- Ownership over indifference | We choose action over passiveness
If that's your cup of tea (or any other beverage) — you're in good hands!
The Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our marketing team. The person will take part in refreshing our brand (we are in the process of rebranding), and then, with a consistency worthy of Robert Lewandowski in winning trophies, he/she will be responsible for the whole look of the brand. All visuals that will come out of CSHARK will be under your supervision - landing pages, social media, animations, illustrations, offers and internal materials.
You will have the final word on your brand's visual language. We believe in ownership and will not hold your hand. However, we hope that apart from design skills, you will enter into creative polemics with us in various fields of marketing. We like to ask questions, abandon established patterns, challenge ourselves and then overcome them. Someday we'll write our own coaching book too.... (and we already know who will be responsible for the DTP...).
If you join us, you will work with Kamila, Ola, Magda, Monika and Klaudia who specialize in strategy, paid campaigns, social media, content creation, and SEO. In our team we work in an agile way based on Scrum, we plan our goals quarterly, we don't waste time on meetings (which could be just one email),
We have a distance to ourselves and a great sense of humor, which we carefully cultivate. We combine professionalism with looseness, and above all, we like what we do. Also, once in a while, we take wild pleasure in a little corpo-talk (as above). One of the results of our work is winning an award for a recruitment campaign on OLX Know-How in 2021. The next one will be design awards, but we're waiting for you.
The responsibilities:
All things design
- you have 2+ years of design experience and a portfolio to prove it,
- you easily create brand visuals that build a cohesive identity system,
- you are comfortable with creating simple (but converting!) landing pages, presentations, offers, brochures, ebooks, social media graphics, etc,
- you enjoy working on a wide variety of branding and marketing materials and can transfer a single vision to multiple formats,
- you are fluent with modern design tools such as Figma and Miro, but also have respect for tradition: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
- you are detail-oriented - you can spot double spaces from a few meters away and you won't make any set of materials without double-checking it first,
- you have a superpower, which you develop after hours - if it's illustration or animation, we will be happy to help you!
- you can edit a short video (probably for TikTok...).
All things creative
- you want to take responsibility for the creative direction of the entire organization and discuss not only graphics but ideas for creative campaigns, videos, events, etc,
- you understand the project processes that go beyond one team and affect the entire organization and feel comfortable with them
- you don't treat projects like your children - we want to build a culture of constructive feedback and mutual education,
- you regularly review design trends and are willing to share them during meetings,
- you treat a brand book more like a refrigerator than a math repository - you juggle elements freely and know when to break the rules to create something beautiful
- you can express your creative solutions in English with ease (B2+).
The perfect fit:
- you know how to use no-code or low-code tools (e.g. Webflow),
- you have artistic passion - after hours you build your own portfolio, sell your works or exhibit them in galleries in Metaverse :D,
- you are interested in technology,
- you do animation, illustration, photography, motion design or DTP,
- you have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX.

FAQs: Working at CSHARK
How should I prepare for the first interview?
Before the interview, we’ll send you a short manual that outlines everything you need to know. Above all, you should pay attention to the following:
- Take a second look at the job offer. Perhaps you have some doubts or additional questions? We’ll clarify everything you’d like to know during the interview.
- Do not hesitate to explore our website before the interview - you’ll find a lot of useful information there.
- Be prepared to talk about your past work experience. We want to know what you’d been up to.
- Be ready to talk about formalities, including the length of the notice period, your salary expectations, type of contract and any other formal issues that are important to you.
We treat every interview as a bilateral meeting. We talk and we listen, trying to keep it at 50:50, so you will have plenty of time to talk about yourself and ask questions.
hideCan I apply for work experience at CSHARK?
We don’t offer work experience placements on a regular basis. However, sometimes we recruit apprentices when new projects begin, so we encourage you to check our Careers page regularly for such openings.
hideIs it possible to work 100% remotely?
For CSHARK you can work 100% remotely, rarely there are projects where we build a team in a given location, but if it's so we always underline it in the job description.
hideWhat will my career path look like?
At CSHARK, we operate in terms of seniority, so our employees work at Junior, Mid- and Senior level positions before they can become a Tech Lead and then Architect. At the same time, no career path at our company is engraved in stone. We support our employees’ professional development and thus opportunities to advance are always being considered individually. If we notice that you progress, we will be happy to discuss promotion opportunities. If our employee wants to make a change too, we are also open to talk about it.
hideCan I switch to a different project while I work at CSHARK?
Yes, it’s possible, but it won’t happen overnight. If you want to change the project, you will have to communicate this to your Line Manager first. You will talk to state the reasons for your desire to change, as well as your expectations regarding the new assignment. It will also be necessary to find a replacement before you transfer to a new project.
hideIf I’ve been seeing a job offer on your website for a while, is it still valid?
We update our careers page regularly, so any offer that you find there is waiting for your application. If a role is related to our core technologies, i.e. C# and .NET, we constantly look for qualified staff, hence some offers (especially for .NET Developers) may be up for a longer period of time.
hideCan I apply if I don’t see an offer that matches my technical skills?
We encourage you to send your CV through Haven’t found what you are looking for? tab. We save every application in our database. When new vacancies pop up, we contact the candidates from that database in the first place. Patience is a virtue!
hideWhat’s the required knowledge level of English?
You have to be able to communicate freely within the team and with a client. There is no need to present a certificate, however, we will verify your knowledge of English during the interviews.
