We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our team and work closely with our international client in the manufacturing industry, who is undergoing a digital transformation. In this role, you will support the client’s Infrastructure & Operations Team, helping drive agile methodologies, coaching teams, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Your Daily Missions
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery process for products and services within the organization and assigned platforms.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Monitoring and analyzing delivery performance to identify improvement areas.
- Resolving challenges and conflicts that arise during the delivery cycle.
- Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Defining and evolving Delivery Management Framework standards in collaboration with the Delivery Management Community.
- Supporting teams in effectively adopting changes and improvements.
- Reporting Flow Metrics to senior management within Infrastructure & Operations.
- Acting as a mentor and coach to agile roles across the department, fostering team development and best practices.
- Coordinating sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitating clear communication and collaboration while managing stakeholder relationships.
- Managing strategic initiatives and projects within the Infrastructure & Operations department.
The Essentials We’re Seeking
- 3+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience within an Infrastructure & Operations environment in a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of lean and agile methodologies.
- Background in product management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
Nice-to-haves
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Scrum Master certification.
