Overview
Since 2014, we’ve been cooperating with the world’s leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management and Regulatory Compliance technologies – Fenergo.
Thanks to dozens of joint projects, we have gained a good understanding of the company’s increasing regulatory requirements as well as the challenges of financial institutions in this field. The flagship project of this cooperation was implementing and customizing the solution for one of the largest banking institutions in the world.

Client’s Business Need
The project aimed at optimizing the organization’s Client Lifecycle Management processes, specifically pertaining to KYC, AML, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Rating.
This initiative sought to alleviate the challenges associated with fragmented and non-systematic processes as well as enabling efficient automation and straight-through-processing (STP).
Key objectives:
- increase operational efficiency,
- accelerate the onboarding of the bank’s customers,
- optimize the organization’s Client Lifecycle Management processes, specifically pertaining to KYC, AML, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Rating.

To put the client’s vision in place, we leveraged thought leadership, harnessed extensive product expertise, implemented efficient management practices, and meticulously designed a Target Operational Model that aligned seamlessly with the client’s strategic objectives.

Outcome
The involvement of Fenergo team and CSHARK as a partner proved pivotal in empowering Fenergo Product to assume the role of an orchestrating layer for disparate MDM, onboarding workflow, account opening, document management, and reference data management solutions.
As we not only handled the execution itself but also acted as thought leaders and pioneers of change, it was possible to seamlessly achieve every goal and implement the system into the client’s environment, which, in turn, allowed us to streamline Client Lifecycle Management processes and enabled regulatory compliance.
