New Business Consultant

We are looking for a a New Business Consultant who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

As a New Business Consultant, you are a part of the Business and Marketing team and you will gain insights into business development, media, content and marketing areas, software development as well as the transformation of industries where IT has a high share in value creation. You will work out solutions for the industry problems with our interdisciplinary teams and engage with customers and partners in choosing best fit of our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

You’re a perfect fit if you:

  • You will support CSHARK teams in their project work and take on responsibility for work packages in the areas of new business, product development marketing, new media, content development

  • You will be part of the Business, HR, Recruitment, Delivery and engineering teams to bring added value to our customers with our services or/and products

  • Your work will include travelling at least 25% of time, meeting with end-users, customers and partners or going to events like trade fairs or dedicated industry conferences

  • Discussion about digital transformation, software solutions, product and project management will be the core of your activities

  • Want to learn the most effective ways of supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys

  • Graduated with a degree in languages like German or/and English

  • Have good understanding of common office tools

  • Have already gained first industry experience through internships, e.g. in the business, sales or marketing areas

  • Would like to see yourself in a managerial position in up to three years and have impact on how some areas of our life are digitalised

  • Are not afraid of fast-paced, multi technology and performance-oriented company with a flat decision structure and quick decision process
