Unfolding Your Next Role
As an Agile Coach, you will join a team delivering solutions for our German client in the construction and logistics industry. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an English-speaking, cross-product team of several Scrum Masters to promote an Agile work model, streamline processes in multi-project environments, and remove obstacles that may arise for the product team.
We are looking for an Agile Coach who is comfortable operating in an SAP environment. Engagement in this role will begin at the start of the new year.

Your Daily Missions
- Demonstrating excellent collaboration skills, effective communication, and quick resolution of issues.
- Implementing Scrum within SAP environments, understanding the nuances and integration challenges.
- Maintaining daily Scrum activities, planning, and review events.
- Customizing Scrum and other Agile practices to address the unique challenges and requirements of our SAP environment.
- Supporting teams in S/4HANA transformations and Agile delivery within the SAP context.
- Working closely with internal colleagues to make teams autonomous as quickly as possible within the defined framework.
- Participating in regular Scrum Master team meetings to improve processes and share knowledge and experience.
The Essentials We’re Seeking
- A minimum of 4+ years of practical experience as an Agile Coach/ Scrum Master in Agile product teams.
- Methodological experience in implementing Scrum within SAP environments.
- The ideal candidates should possess specific experience in supporting teams in S/4HANA transformations and/or Agile delivery in SAP contexts.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and experience with distributed products.
- Strong collaboration and effective communication skills.
- The ability to customize Scrum and Agile frameworks to suit specific project needs.
- Proficiency in using collaboration or issue-tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level, facilitating collaboration with international clients and teams.
- Formal Scrum or Agile certifications are a bonus but not mandatory.
Nice-to-haves
- A-CSM or PSM II certification.
- Agile framework certification (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of German.
